This organic oil blend of olive, wheat germ, coconut & essential oils, brings Ancient India's Ayurvedic 3 core tenets of Vata-Pitta-Kapha (VPK) Doshas (called 'Tridosha') into balance.

Indications:

This product may balance the 3 'Dosha' (Tridosha - a combination of the 5 elements of Ayurveda) which traditionally, in Ayurvedic medicine (ancient medicine of India) is believed to offer improved local oxygenation to cells, and therefore reduce pain & inflammation.*

Suggested Dose:

Topical use: Apply a few drops 2 x daily until symptoms abate.

Oral Use: Gargle & swill around in the mouth 2.5ml (½ teaspoon) for 25 seconds then swallow (after am/pm foods). Repeat 2 x daily.

Skin conditions: Apply topically two times daily not less than 14 times over a 3-week period.

Stomach, Abdomen & Female related issues: Apply oil externally within the abdomen 2 x daily and take orally 2 x daily.

Bones/Muscles: Apply oil externally 2 x daily for 14 days minimum.
This oil can be used as a massage oil to further aid relief of muscle aches & pains.
